How to Use

How to Use: For a traditional wet-shave always shave during or after a hot shower. Wet a Badger Shaving Brush with hot water and whisk it over the surface of the shaving soap to generate a rich foamy lather. Apply lather on the face and shave with the grain. For a closer shave, re-lather and shave lightly across or against the grain. Rinse with cold water and apply After-Shave Balm. Shaving Soap is a vital part of our 4 Elements of the Perfect Shave®. Wow, how to I explain this. I decided to try a soap and cream mixture so I decided to add the "Art of Shaving" unscented soap to my "Trumpers Shaving Cream". The lather was the best I have ever produced and the shave was the smoothest I've ever been able to achieve.
just the best i try !

This soap lasts forever. The wood bowl is nice if you wanted to use it to win up other shaving creams. However I have tried several other creams and after a while they end up not creamy. This soap has been the best I found so far.
Sent is too poor and not as good as the cream...

If you like sandalwood, after shave smell on the skin just using a shaving product without the need to use aftershave balm and a rich lather, go with the cream pot that I highly recommend from THE ART OF SHAVING, the soap is harder to create a rich lather and the sandalwood smell is barely recognizable also it won't leave an after smell on your skin so I won't recommend. It isn't a bad product though ; it just miss to fulfill it's total purpose of wet shaving. Di Maggio -
