Ordering Store Policy
To ensure your satisfaction, unused products and accessories can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a copy of your sales receipt. Refunds will be issued on credit card process only after 7 days and within 30 days we will offer exchanges or store credit only.
Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Customer Service and require a return authorization number. We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from www.theartofshaving.com within 30 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to The Art of Shaving in any way.

Shipping
Web orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Domestic orders shipped via ground services average 3-5 business days to reach their destinations. Additional shipping services are available at our customer’s discretion.
Shipping - International
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours. International Orders are shipped FedEx or UPS International. Transit times vary on final destination address.
Customs fees, Brokerage fees and/or taxes may be added to orders shipped outside of the United States. These charges are not associated with The Art of Shaving and are the responsibility of the recipient. Such fees are normally collected at the time of delivery and vary by country.
