Active scripting is disabled

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 6
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 on a Windows PC
• Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 on a Mac
• Netscape Navigator 7
• Apple's Safari Browser

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6

1. Open the Tools menu and select Internet Options...
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. Ensure that the privacy level is set no higher than Medium High.
4. Click OK.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 on a Windows PC

1. Open the Tools menu and choose Internet Options.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. If the security level is set to Custom, you can change it to another setting (we recommend Medium).
         - or -
   In the "Security level for this zone" box, use the slider to to set your level to Medium. Click Apply.
4. Click OK.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 on a Mac

1. Open the Explorer menu and choose Preferences.
2. Under the Web Browser category, click Web Content. If no subcategories are available, double-click Web Browser to expand the list.
3. In the Active Content area, click on the checkbox labeled Enable Scripting.
4. Click OK.

If you are using Netscape Navigator 7

1. Open the Edit menu (Mac users open the Netscape menu) and choose Preferences.
2. Under the Advanced category, click Scripts & Plugins. If no subcategories are available, double-click Advanced to expand the list.
3. Inside the "Enable Javascript For" area, click on the checkbox labeled Navigator.
4. Click OK.

If you are using Apple's Safari Browser

1. Open the Safari menu and choose Preferences.
2. Click the Security tab.
3. Under Web Content, click on the checkbox labeled Enable Javascript.
