How To Use

Pre-Shave Oil: Applying Pre-Shave Oil is the first step in The Art of Shaving's trademarked 4 Elements of The Perfect Shave. Before shaving, place a few drops of Pre-Shave Oil onto your fingertips. Massage the oil into the area to be shaved (including the neck) to help soften and lift facial hair. You'll need just enough to provide a light coating over the beard area. Do not rinse off before shaving. Instead, apply Shaving Cream directly on top.

Shaving Cream: Wet your brush thoroughly under hot water before applying a fingerful of shaving cream to the center. Apply to your face in quick, circular movements to exfoliate the skin and produce a rich lather. Shave with the grain on your first pass. If a closer shave is desired, re-lather and shave against the grain. Rinse with cold water and apply our 2in1 After-Shave Balm.

After-Shave Balm: Applying After-Shave Balm is the final step in the 4 Elements of The Perfect Shave, because even the most careful shave is tough on skin. After shaving, rinse your face with cold water before applying three pumps of our 2in1 After-Shave Balm to your face and neck. Gently massage the balm in with your hands for 8 hours of restorative hydration.

This is probably one of the nicer shaving kits out there. The brush is real wood and of good quality. The products are all high quality also. _x000D_

So good for my skin!

I have had the good fortune of using The Art of Shaving products in the past, but this Gifted Groomer Kit is the best compilation of shaving elements I’ve had to date! Every point along the shaving journey is covered by this box, from preparation to lathering, shaving, and finally moisturizing your freshly shaved skin. The brush is probably my favorite accessory to have in the cabinet these days, because it just feels fancy to have a brush to apply the shaving cream! I like scented and unscented cream and oil, but I know this is a good pack for someone who could be against products that have too much scent to them. What I really love is that this kit is one that could travel with you even in a carry-on, because of the sizes of the containers. That’s a huge win!

When I first received the kit I wasnt sure how well it would be used and if I could use all the products. I was able to and was very pleased with the results of my facial hair from using this kit. I loved it!

Shaving Made Easy!

This Art Of Shaving groomer kit makes shaving easy as can be! The pre shave oil is unscented but really makes a big difference when shaving on thick hair. The shaving cream and brush was fun to use and the after shave balm made me feel like I was at a spa!

This isn’t my art of shaving

My overall opinion of this product is I’m not impressed. First of all the pre shave oil I don’t know if it really helped any or not. The shaving cream didn’t lather up much at all and when I shaved I could feel my hairs pulling. I don’t see the point of the brush either, I guess I’m just not a fan of using a brush. The aftershave lotion had no scent, I would prefer at least a slight scent. Overall I would not use this product it’s just not for me, I prefer shaving to be much simpler.
